10\u00e8me<\/sup> \u00e9dition du Troph\u00e9e Thonon Chateldon<\/h3>\n

L\u2019Ecole h\u00f4teli\u00e8re de la Vall\u00e9e d\u2019Aoste remporte le premier prix \u00ab\u00a0art de la table\u00a0\u00bb<\/h4>\n

En partenariat avec les eaux min\u00e9rales naturelles Thonon et Chateldon,\u00a0le Troph\u00e9e Thonon Chateldon\u00a0a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9 il y a plus de 10 ans par l\u2019Association des Professeurs Techniques du Savoie L\u00e9man pour promouvoir et valoriser les m\u00e9tiers de la salle.<\/p>\n

Ce concours tr\u00e8s complet, m\u00ealant des \u00e9preuves th\u00e9oriques, pratiques et une \u00e9preuve de service en salle, se d\u00e9roule en bin\u00f4me constitu\u00e9 d\u2019un \u00e9l\u00e8ve en lyc\u00e9e h\u00f4telier et d\u2019un professionnel. Il permet aux jeunes de franchir une premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape vers le monde professionnel et constitue une premi\u00e8re exp\u00e9rience de concours et valorise la transmission du m\u00e9tier.<\/p>\n

Tout comme l\u2019excellence du service en salle participe au rayonnement de la culture gastronomique , les eaux min\u00e9rales naturelles font partie int\u00e9grante du patrimoine des Alpes. Les eaux Thonon, Chateldon et Vals, appr\u00e9ci\u00e9es des grandes tables, ont une identit\u00e9 et un go\u00fbt uniques, refl\u00e9tant ainsi le terroir dont elles sont issues. Elles repr\u00e9sentent diff\u00e9rentes r\u00e9gions fran\u00e7aises et apportent naturalit\u00e9 et authenticit\u00e9 aux cr\u00e9ations culinaires des chefs des meilleurs \u00e9tablissements.<\/p>\n

La finale du\u00a0Troph\u00e9e Thonon Chateldon\u00a0se d\u00e9roule au Lyc\u00e9e H\u00f4telier Savoie-L\u00e9man de Thonon-les-Bains, devant un jury compos\u00e9 essentiellement de MOF Arts de la Table, Barman et Gouvernante, ainsi que de grands professionnels de la r\u00e9gion.<\/p>\n

Cette finale est le point d\u2019orgue d\u2019un concours tr\u00e8s complet \u2013 avec des \u00e9preuves th\u00e9oriques, pratiques et une \u00e9preuve de service en salle \u2013 qui permet aux jeunes de se pr\u00e9parer au bac et valorise les m\u00e9tiers de la salle.<\/p>\n

A\u2019 l\u2019\u00e9dition 2022 ont particip\u00e9 Axel B\u00e9thaz, \u00e9l\u00e8ve de la classe cinqui\u00e8me B de l\u2019Ecole H\u00f4teli\u00e8re de la Vall\u00e9e d\u2019Aoste accompagn\u00e9 par son professeur Victor Vicqu\u00e9ry et le professionnel Christian Tonino, ex \u00e9l\u00e8ve de l\u2019\u00e9cole .<\/p>\n

Axel B\u00e9thaz a remport\u00e9 \u00a0\u00a0le premier prix \u00ab\u00a0art de la table\u00a0\u00bb pour la d\u00e9coration de la table ainsi que pour le choix du linge, de la vaisselle, des couverts, de la d\u00e9coration. La tradition valdotaine a su inspirer Axel qui a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 la nappe avec d\u2019anciennes serviettes\u00a0 \u00a0en coton et dentelles faites \u00e0 la main et le runner avec le drap de Valgrisenche.<\/p>\n

Le bin\u00f4me \u00e9l\u00e8ve et professionnel a \u00e9t\u00e9 f\u00e9licit\u00e9 par le jury pour avoir bien pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 son \u00a0travail en langue fran\u00e7aise.<\/p>\n
